विनीत जब छोटे थे, तभी से उनकी आंखों की रोशनी धीरे-धीरे कम होने लगी थी. अब, उन्हें एक आंख से पूरी तरह और दूसरी से करीब-करीब दिखना बंद हो चुका है. वह एक कंपनी चलाते हैं, जो दिव्यांग लोगों को रोजगार तलाशने में मदद करती है. विनीत कहते हैं, यह सब दिमाग में है. अगर आप सोचते हैं कि आकाश ही सीमा है, तो आप उससे आगे कभी नहीं सोच पाएंगे.
