We Don’t Shy Away From Our Disability: Dr Satendra Singh

"People are born with impairments; it's society that renders them disabled. We do not shy away from our disability, we are proud," expressed Dr. Satendra Singh, Professor of Physiology at the University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi, and Co-chair of the International Council for Disability Inclusion in MedEd. He emphasised the obstacles encountered by People with Disabilities (PwDs) in their everyday lives during the Samarth by Hyundai initiative, in partnership with NDTV.
